‘Mums’ exercise videos
Keep Fit Eat Fit is a new membership website which provides health, fitness and food videos and lots of free information for people who want to learn how to exercise without using special equipment, so it can be done at home, at work, in the garden or local park. The ‘mums’ module focuses on both pre-natal and post-natal exercise plans, and the pre-natal programme is completely free! Here is a 5 minute video which describes what their free pre-natal module consists of, and demonstrates some rudimentary relevant exercises which serve to provide a foundation for the other exercises which follow.
