Learn to Ride: Do you want to learn how to ride a bike in fun and sociable environment for ladies only? If so, why not give Women time a go? The sessions, running until June are designed to give you the confidence and to try cycling, whether you’ve not ridden a bike for years or have never ridden a bike.
Cycling- led cycle rides: Do you want to go for a bike ride in a fun and sociable environment for like-minded ladies? Epping cycling for health programme
The Cycling for Health programme is a series of weekly led rides in the Epping Forest and Lee Valley organised by Epping Forest District Council Community Services. All the Cycling for Health routes are generally traffic free as we use bridleways or walking paths. The rides are approximately two hours long and we cover a distance of between 6 to 10 miles.
