Gentle cardio class
This 45min class includes low impact cardiovascular exercise, gentle strength building exercise for arms, legs, trunks, and gentle stretching.
Suitable for people with back pain, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, asthma, fibromyalgia, ME, hip and knee replacements, beginners or returners to exercise and seniors.
