Since January 2019 we have held our weekly Mental Health and Wellbeing Walk & Talks as a place where people can come and get things off of their chest and share their problems or concerns, or just get out of the house. No photos, no notes, no stigma just a nice walk and chat to people in the safety of people that care and will not judge.
Hylands Park Estate are proud to host our walks and we are proud of all of those that attend. We intend to continue this current two year relationship and keep it growing.
Sundays at 9am
