Learn the art of meditation in relaxing surroundings. No experience is required as Alex will teach you the basics to meditation and will help you progress onto intermediate level over the six weeks.
Some of the benefits of meditation include confidence, concentration, relaxation, and reduced stress.
All meditations will be practised whilst seated on chairs and delivered by Alex Crawford who has over 40 years of experience.
Please come along in loose, comfortable clothing.
