Mindfulness for well-being and stress reduction

Over the eight weeks, attendees will learn skills and techniques for managing and reducing stress;
develop greater self-compassion and self-care strategies; receive guidance on how to start a regular
meditation practice in their own life and experience all the incredible benefits this brings; and gain a much deeper sense of self-awareness, insight, and understanding.

Total cost, including all sessions, handouts, journal prompts, and meditations: £200 (standard) or
£150 (uniformed services and concessionary rate).

Concessionary rate to anyone quoting “LiveWell01” when booking.
