Paracise is exercise for the not so young and not so able – non-impact, no jumping or floor work so it’s gentle on the joints. Anyone who would like to maintain or improve their quality of life.

You are taken through a series of movements that flow together to create a relaxing positive programme. Working at your own pace, you are encouraged to appreciate what your body can do and how small changes make big improvements to your day to day life.
