Since January 2019 we have held our weekly Wellbeing Walk & Talks as a place where people can come and get things off of their chest and share their problems or concerns, or just get out of the house. No photos, no notes, no stigma just a nice walk and chat to people in the safety of people that care and will not judge.
They generally last for about an hour around the beautiful park. Organised by MATES (Mental health Awareness Through Educational Speaking) mental health group, a great opportunity to come and blow away the cobwebs and get out of the house. Have a chat about mental health or just meet new people.
Every Sunday from 9am
Hylands Park, Writtle, Chelmsford, CM2 8WQ
Please meet us in the car park by the toilet block and kids play area, when coming in from the Writtle entrance.
