Essex Wellbeing Service
We support people in the community and at work with a range of health, wellbeing and day to day needs. We help people access information and support to stay healthy, safe and well from help to quit smoking, to supporting families adapt to ‘new normal’.
Situated at the heart of the local voluntary and community sector since 1968, Community360 is an independent, charitable infrastructure organisation whose aim is to inspire groups to seize opportunities and become more enterprising and sustainable.
We provide care for any illness that is considered life-limiting (including cancer, neurological diseases, and chronic heart, lung, and renal diseases), both in our Inpatient Unit and in our patient’s home environments.
We also provide support for families and carers, and for people who have been bereaved. Our bereavement support is available to anyone in mid Essex, even if their bereavement is not connected to our hospice. Advice Line: 01245 455478

COMPASS is a single point of access funded by Essex County Council in partnership with the Office of Essex Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner to support victims of domestic abuse across Southend, Essex and Thurrock.
Action on Elder Abuse focus exclusively on the issue of elder abuse, not as one issue among many, but as a single focus to their work. For this reason they have extensive expertise that is not available from any other charity or agency.
Action Fraud is the UK’s national reporting centre for fraud and cybercrime where you should report fraud if you have been scammed, defrauded or experienced cyber crime in England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
