The Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) programme began in 2008 and has transformed treatment of adult anxiety disorders and depression in England.

How can IAPT help you?

Psychological therapy may help if you are suffering from stress, anxiety, depression, panic, phobia, obsessive-compulsive disorder and post-traumatic stress . You can be referred by your GP, or you can refer yourself directly online.
