Chat Health text service

The VirginCare school nurses chat health text service is available for 11-19 year olds, for confidential advice on issues such as relationships, bullying, emotional health, self harm, sexual health and illnesses.

The eC-Card scheme

Young people across Essex aged 16-24 can now receive FREE condoms and lube by joining the eC-Card scheme.

The eC-Card scheme is offered by your local sexual health service and is available across Essex. Signing up to the scheme is simple, registration is completed within the app and there is no need to visit a clinic. Once registered you’ll have access to a growing list of condom collection points across the county.
